There are also many opportunities to volunteer with us for a variety of tasks, such as making phone calls, helping in a regional office, doing data entry or bookkeeping, monitoring budgets, translating materials, social media, etc.

Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator develops and oversees the communications efforts of KidZ at Heart both within the internal KidZ at Heart global community and to the broader external KidZ at Heart community. This is a part-time, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upkeep of the KidZ at Heart website
• Maintenance of KidZ at Heart’s social medial presence
• Collaboration on creation of a KidZ at Heart podcast
• Collaboration on creation of a KidZ at Heart app
• Writing tasks (creating posts on KidZ Social media, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of various social media platforms;
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML;
• Mastery of KidZ at Heart’s writing and communication style sheets;
• Ability to independently research options and problem solve;
• Strong copywriting and copy editing skills;
• Detail-oriented approach;
• Must be in agreement with the Statement of Faith and Statement of Values Handbook of KidZ at Heart International.

US Training Director
The purpose of a Director of Training is to provide direct oversight and advancement of KidZ at Heart’s Christian spiritual formation training through the development and sustainment of Local Training Networks (LTNs) in the assigned region. This is a full-time, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
•Address the unique needs of the North American Church
•Serve as a key leader in implementing TKM (Transforming KidZ Ministry) Initiative
•Regional Ministries Planning
•Regional Ministries Partnerships
•Regional Training Execution
•Local Training Network Development
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated agreement with and mastery of KidZ at Heart’s training style and philosophy;
•An understanding of children’s ministry leaders, volunteers, and church ministry;
•Ability to lead and motivate a team of volunteers and to communicate cross-culturally between region and headquarters personnel;
•Intermediate proficiency in computer skills in using standard office software (Microsoft and Google Suite) and video conferencing;
•Ability to complete or delegate administrative tasks;
•Must be in agreement with the Statement of Faith and Statement of Values Handbook of KidZ at Heart International.

US Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator will coordinate the successful preparation, launch, and continuation of KidZ at Heart training to support Christian spiritual formation training within under-served churches and communities in North America. The tasks assigned will enable the Area Training Network Coordinators/Directors to focus on developing training networks.
Key Responsibilities:
•Local Training Network Administration
•Training Process – share insights to update and streamline the training process
•Support Area Training Network Coordinator(s)/Director(s)
•Other Tasks as Needed – Such as research, coordinate outside of his/her assigned area, update/adapt the training process
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated agreement with and mastery of KidZ at Heart’s training style and philosophy;
•Strong administration skills with attention for details;
•Ability to organize, schedule, and track multiple training events;
•Intermediate proficiency in computer skills to use standard office software (Microsoft and Google Suite) and video conferencing and ability to learn and use other computer tools;
•Must be in agreement with the Statement of Faith and Statement of Values Handbook of KidZ at Heart International.

Director of Content Creation
The Director of Content Creation implements the vision, values, and philosophy of KidZ at Heart International via the creation, adaptation, and packaging of KidZ at Heart’s children’s ministry training material for implementation in a variety of training venues and delivery systems for leaders inside the United States and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
•Training Modules – oversee the work to develop adapt, and update the Modules
•North American Training Programs – Develop resources to train and equip North American children’s workers and leaders, including evaluating current programs and creating new programs
•Online Training – assist in the creation, adaptation, and packaging of training resources for virtual learning opportunities
Qualifications:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
•Demonstrated understanding of a formational approach to teaching;
•Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office Products include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
•Demonstrated competency with (or ability to learn) Google Shared Drives and Calendars;
•A demonstrated ability to take initiative in new situations;
•Must be in agreement with the Statement of Faith and Statement of Values Handbook of KidZ at Heart International.

Content Writers
Assist in the design and development of training materials, including promotional materials, for the Resource division of KidZ. Serve as a project manager for the development or modification of KidZ resources. Assist in any and all tasks as assigned to aid in the development of KidZ resources, including (but not limited to) research, connecting with other contractors, KidZ staff, knowledge experts as needed. Supervise and collaborate with KidZ staff and partners as needed for the development of resources.

IT Coordinator
The purpose of the IT Coordinator is to work within the Operations Division to support KidZ at Heart’s operational health. The IT Coordinator works to maintain the health of current and future IT systems across the organization. This is a part-time, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create and maintain staff accounts, including but not limited to, email, shared drives, calendars, and Zoom
•New Staff Onboarding – setting up of accounts and training
•Staff Offboarding – assure access to all accounts, emails, etc. is removed
•Google Suite for Non-Profits Administration
•Website Administration – make sure it is up-to-date with most recent version
•Upkeep of Current Program/Site Password and Login Information
•Staff Tech Support
•New Technology Solutions
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated IT helpdesk experience;
•Demonstrated Google Suite for Non-Profits (or similar) Administration experience;
•Detail oriented approach;
•Competency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
•Must be in agreement with the Statement of Faith and Statement of Values Handbook of KidZ at Heart International.
