• KidZ at Heart provides this Privacy Policy to make you aware of the way your information is used. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.

  • At no time will email addresses or other personal information be gathered from casual visitors who do not choose to provide such information.

  • KidZ at Heart International is committed to respecting your online privacy and security. If you choose to provide us with any personal information, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your relationship with KidZ at Heart. KidZ at Heart International will not sell, rent, loan, or lease your information to others.

  • Here are the types of information that we collect and maintain:

    Contact Information: name, organization/church, complete address(es), phone number(s), email address(es);

    Payment Information: credit card number, expiration date, and billing information will be used for the purpose submitted and not stored beyond their use and in accordance with current merchant account requirements and safeguards;

    Shipping Information: name, organization/church, complete address;

    Information You Wish to Share: interests, questions, comments, suggestions, how you heard about KidZ at Heart;

    Your Request to Receive Periodic Updates: e.g., to individuals who request it, we will send periodic mailings related to specific fundraising appeals, prayer concerns, and newsletters.

  • KidZ at Heart International uses your information to understand your needs, assist you in implementing dynamic ministry in your community and beyond, and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on ministry happenings, ideas, and opportunities. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communications.

  • The information contained in any application will be kept strictly confidential and will be viewed only by the KidZ at Heart President and/or Executive Staff Members responsible for supervising the specific ministry position for which applicant has applied.

    The following exceptions may also apply:

    - At times one or more highly-trained volunteers may be utilized in processing and conducting preliminary screenings of applications.

    - Certain forms (including but not limited to “Health History & Medical Release") will be provided to the Project Leader (Short-Term Team Leader) for use in case of emergency during travel on behalf of KidZ at Heart International.

    - If KidZ at Heart is required by law to share specific information with the legal authorities, an agent of KidZ at Heart will do so without notification and only as required to do so by law.

    - If the President believes that certain information must be shared with the KidZ at Heart Board of Directors before proceeding with the processing of the application, the applicant will first be notified and given the choice of withdrawing the application or granting permission for this information to be shared with the Board.

    - If the President believes that certain information must be shared with the KidZ at Heart (paid or volunteer) leader(s) responsible for the applicant’s ministry involvement, the applicant will first be notified and given the choice of withdrawing the application or granting permission for this information to be shared with the pertinent leader.

    - Ministry applicants may choose to share answers to specific questions (or additional details) directly with the KidZ at Heart President or another Executive Staff Member. These comments may be written down by the KidZ at Heart representative and kept on file following the same privacy guidelines as above.

  • KidZ at Heart International will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of KidZ at Heart International and will be used only to further the ministry activities and purposes of the organization.

  • It is not our desire to send unwanted mail to our donors or friends. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing lists.
